Cake Care & Cutting guide

   Pick up the cake box from the bottom & keep the cake level at all times during transport & storage.

   Store your cake in an airtight box, in the refrigerator, keeping away from heat & moisture at all times.

   Remove your cake from the refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving & allow it to reach room temperature.

   Display your cake on a sturdy cake stand, at least the same size as the bottom tier's cake board.

   Remove all of the cake's decorations before slicing & serving.

   Store any leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 3–4 days.

Remember to remove supports before cutting

   With a board placed nearby, cut a slice down the side of your cake.

2. 2

   Lay the cut piece on the board and cut the cake lengthways twice.

3. 3

   Then cut across the middle of the sliced section, cutting into your preferred sizes.

4. 4

   Repeat with the rest of the cake — then serve and enjoy!
